What happens when expectant mothers are sent into the wild to deliver their newborn babies with no doctors around?
Well, Lifetime’s new reality show “Born in the Wild” is taking that experience and turning it into a reality show to find out the answers. The show, which was announced Wednesday, will document young expectant parents who want to give birth naturally in the wild.
In response to the safety of mothers and their children, Lifetime is taking precautions by making sure there is an emergency professional on site at all times. In addition, the production will be in a certain radius of a hospital if issues arise.
