Following the recently released movie trailer for ‘Veronica Mars’ the movie, the CW has announced it is bringing back the show as a web series on its CW Seed site! It seems that after the show’s strong cult following raised enough money to fund the film, the CW decided to revive it in digital form. The short series is expected to be six to eight segments lasting about 10-minutes. CW president, Mark Pedowitz, announced that Rob Thomas, the shows original director, is on board with the short series.
More details have yet to be announced about the project. However, the fan-funded film comes out Friday, March 14. -
