DEA Forgets Student In Jail For 5 days, Nearly Dies
Daniel Chong is suing the Drug Enforcement Agency for $20 million after he was left in jail cell without food for five days. The UC San Diego student admits that he was celebrating 4/20, but that was overshadowed by negligence that Chong is such desperation that he tried to commit suicide with his own eye glasses.
“They never came back, ignored all my cries and I still don’t know what happened,” said Chong. “I’m not sure how they could forget me.”
The DEA has issued an apology, but that hasn’t stopped Chong’s suit.
