After she posted a tweet in support of the Black Lives Matter movement, former Glee superstar Lean Michele was dragged across the internet for apparent bullying and racist behavior by her cast mates, and she finally took a stand for herself.

In a tweet that has now been read to filth by the entire internet it seems, Lea put out “George Floyd did not deserve this. This was not an isolated incident and it must end. #BlackLivesMatter.” The tweet, in response to the horrible and brutal death of George Flloyd, has had a large amount of responses. Former Glee star Samantha Marie Ware retweeted Michele’s post stating “LMAO REMEMBER WHEN YOU MADE MY FIRST TELEVISION GIG A LIVING HELL?!?! CAUSE ILL NEVER FORGET. I BELIEVE YOU TOLD EVERYONE THAT IF YOU YOU HAD THE OPPORTUNITY YOU WOULD “S*** IN MY WIG!” AMONGST OTHER TRAUMATIC MICROAGGRESSIONS THAT MADE ME QUESTION A CAREER IN HOLLYWOOD.

Needless to say that’s a lot to honestly say you would defecate in someone’s wig. OOF.

Other actors chimed in as well with things like “GIRL YOU WOULDN’T LET ME SIT AT THE TABLE WITH THE OTHER CAST MEMBERS CAUSE “I DIDNT BELONG THERE” F** YOU LEA”

A lot of things actually came due to this. The brand Hellofresh actually cancelled their partnership with Michele.

The brand stated “HelloFresh does not condone racism nor discrimination of any kind,” the company wrote in response to a tweet calling for it to cut ties with Michele. “We are disheartened and disappointed to learn of the recent claims concerning Lea Michele. We take this very seriously, and have ended our partnership with Lea Michele, effective immediately.”

And within the next day as the internet poured in with their thoughts on the entire ordeal, Michele ended up writing a little note to everyone.

One of the most important lessons of the last few weeks is that we need to take the time to listen and learn about other people’s perspectives and any role we have played or anything we can do to help address the injustices they face. When I tweeted the other day, it was meant to be a show of support for our friends and neighbors and communities of color during this really difficult time, but eht responses i received to what I posted have made me also focus specifically on how my own behavior towards fellow cast members was perceived by them”

She also explained that she does not remember ever making those comments about the wig and overall that she has never judged people by their backgrounds or the color of their skin.

Co-star Heather Morris tweeted that Michele was “unpleasant to work with,” and “SHOULD be called out,” for treating others with such disrespect. However, Morris added, “It’s also on us because to allow it to go on for so long without speaking out is something else we’re learning along with the rest of society.” Even Willam popular drag queen from Ru-Pauls drag race said “Lea treated me so subhuman I left the set of glee. Pass the popcorn”

Many people left a lot of comments across the internet as well after they noticed one last detail.

Many of these reunions of the Glee cast was without Lea Michele! A lot of people online speculated on where the actress was during this, if the cast really didn’t get along with her that well, or maybe they just didn’t extend the invite.
