After a brief hiatus from YouTube, The Dolan Twins have debuted at number one and two on the trending page in their return. Ethan and Grayson Dolan are twins who started a YouTube channel that counts for over 9 million subscribers. Their humor and good looks have taken the hearts of millions of girls around the world making them the teen heart-throbs of YouTube. Unfortunately, earlier this year, the twins experienced a heartbreaking loss when their father, Sean Dolan passed away after battling cancer for two-and-a-half years.

The twins stepped away from the limelight during this time to focus on family and to grieve privately. But some fans thought it would be a good idea to crash the funeral using hashtags “#seandolanfuneralparty” and “#SeanDolanMeetUpParty” on Twitter before many actually showed up at his funeral. Many people believe these  “fans” were actually K-pop stans who were mad at the twins for something they had said about K-Pop group Black Pink. The twins publically asked fans to give them their privacy, but many didn’t listen and showed up regardless which led to the police involvement.

Apart from this small subset of fans, the Dolan’s have been met with unwavering love and support from their followers. When they decided to take an extended break from YouTube – only using Instagram and Twitter to stay in contact with fans, there was understanding from everyone. Their channel even crossed the 9mil mark during this time which made them excited to return with a bang. Ethan even tweeted, “once we’re back we’re going HARD tho hahah. I want to make you guys, myself, and my Dad proud.”

And come back hard they did. Their first video which started trending as #1 on YouTube followed them around as YouTuber / makeup guru Jeffree Star got their naked bodies painted. The twins walked around Rodeo Drive and Target in their boxers with realistic body paint covering their skin and fans were not disappointed.
