15-year-old JoJo Siwa has been making quite a name for herself and now she’s in some more drama surrounding Dance Moms 8. JoJo Siwa is a Dance Moms reality star turned YouTube vlogger who has over 8.7 Million subscribers on her channel.
Jojo has coined a brightly colored kid-friendly signature style, that has caught the attention of some major YouTubers and celebs, for better or for worse. But all of this attention has only grown her channel and helped made her an even bigger name.
Well now some of JoJo’s fans are upset after JoJo’s latest video titled “I’m Going Back to Dance Moms” has JoJo doing a Bait and Switch in the Q&A. JoJo goes on to say she is too old to actually be on the show, but she will be an assistant.
But then…JoJo reveals she was just kidding… and the fans… hated it.
Milly tweeted “this was not even cool, i really thought.” Cami said “Roses are red Violets are blue I just got clickbaited AND SO DID YOUUUUUU!!!!!!” So JoJo might not be returning to Dance Moms, but the show is coming back for another season, after Abby Lee Miller has been battling Burkitt lymphoma, an aggressive type of non-Hodgkins lymphoma, since April 2018.
Abby she has been documenting her journey through chemo and surgery on instagram keeping a positive spirit through the process, and while many fans are thrilled to see the show return, the announcement is surprising, given how upset Abby Lee was during season 7.
In fact, Abby posted a lengthy announcement on Instagram saying- “I WILL NO LONGER TAKE PART IN DANCE MOMS. FOR THE PAST SIX YEARS/ SEVEN SEASONS I HAVE ASKED, BEGGED, AND EVEN DEMANDED CREATIVE CREDIT FOR ALL THE IDEAS, AWARD WINNING ROUTINES, THEMES, AND COSTUMING – TO NO AVAIL. I JUST HAVE A PROBLEM WITH BEING MANIPULATED, DISRESPECTED, AND USED – DAY IN AND DAY OUT BY MEN WHO NEVER TOOK A DANCE LESSON IN THEIR LIVES AND TREAT WOMEN LIKE DIRT!”

Abby Lee was also dealing with a hefty legal battle and was sentenced in May 2017 to spend one year a in federal prison for felony bankruptcy fraud. Rumor has it that Season 8 of Dance Moms will have an all-new cast of characters, and viewers are interested to see how it all goes down.
