Oh yeah, remember when this was a whole thing? Before a sex criminal got nominated for the Supreme Court? People were marching into restaurants and shouting out Republican politicians and ICE heads for their role in imprisoning children separated from their parents. Those children are mostly still separated from their parents, but we have to put out the fires as they come which is, again, accused rape attempter and penis shover Brett Kavanaugh being pushed into the supreme court by the Republican party. Ted Cruz is currently looking at a tight race with Beto O’Rourke which really seems to have brought out his even somehow worse side, so when protesters discovered him at a DC restaurant, they came and chanted him out, check out the video below.

The video is tense. Ted Cruz, a man who just desperately wants to be liked, is seen squirming through the crowd trying to get out and is accused of being best friends with Kavanaugh.

One incredible detail from this confrontation is when a protester told Ted Cruz that Beto O’Rourke was much hotter than he was. Now, this just seems like regular protester banter except… did the comment like… kind of get to Ted Cruz? Did it kind of… strike at his obvious feelings of inadequacy that have been more than apparent during this entire campaign? Well… one photo hints at… I don’t know, maybe?

As for Beto O’Rourke… well… as always he was the bigger man, tweeting out that Ted Cruz should not be harassed while eating, which is very big of him to not mention the fact that it is also incredibly funny seeing Ted Cruz be sad and be told that he is less hot than Beto himself. That’s just great. Beto! We demand you acknowledge the funniness of the video! Beto!!!
