Dancing CGI Lizard Will Dance To Whatever You Want

The weird characters – sometimes CGI, sometimes not – dancing forever to an eternity of songs has thrilled Twitter for eons. There was the life giving dancing skeleton meme which showed a dancing puppet skeleton wiggling his tiny bony butt to a variety of tunes. Then there was a villainous looking Winnie the Pooh swinging his weird looking wrist around as a series of strange medleys played. Now we have a new contender for the crown of Twitter’s beloved dancing: a chubby, tiny CGI lizard known as @dancinglizardd who will dance to whatever sweet tunes we ask it too. Here it is dancing to the Dexys Midnight Runners song “Come On Eileen”.

And here’s the little rascal dancing to what he describes as “that one part in Bohemian Rhapsody”, even though I am going to go ahead and say Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody is all “that one part”.

In any case the nation is in love with the butt shaking dead eyed CGI lizard, dancing to everything he can dance to, wiggling his lizard tail to everything it can be wiggled to…

Although the dancing lizard has one rule…

Understandable, although a lizard dancing to some Dolly Parton would be pretty exciting to see… Oh well! I guess we’ll have to settle for some 80’s MTV classics! “Settle”. As if I’m not absolutely excited to see the lizard dance to A-Ha’s classic “Take On Me”…

What do you think of the dancing CGI lizard? Is his dancing pure and good? What would you like to see him dance to? Is he better than the dancing Winnie the Pooh or the dancing skeleton of memes long past? Why won’t he dance to country music? All good questions. In any case, let us know what you think in the comments or on Twitter at @WhatsTrending.
