Plenty of Long Island residents snapped a shot of a particularly bright rainbow after a storm that passed through last night, but only fashion executive Amanda Curtis captured the rare, thrilling quadruple rainbow seen above.
New Yorkers have shared this image all morning and local news outlets have picked up on it as well. It’s beautiful and rare, but the photo can’t help but be a little bit of a let down without crazed hippie voiceover from Yosemitebear62.
What’s that? You weren’t around five years ago?
Yeah, so this sets the standard for rainbow reactions, and quadruple rainbow tweets, completely absent of songification, just don’t pack the same punch.
