Last time we saw the How It Should Have Ended team cover a Star Wars movie covered the new — Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Now they return to the beginning — not just of Star Wars but of their channel with How it Should Have Ended: Star Wars Special Edition. That’s right, thirty nine years ago George Lucas released Star Wars, and nine years ago HISHE told us how it should have ended, just in time for us to catch up before we watch Rogue One: A Star Wars Story this weekend.
Years ago the classic Star Wars HISHE caught the eye of the internet and was the episode that launched our channel into life. It holds a very special place in our hearts. But as the years passed we started seeing requests for a “special edition” since the original didn’t quite match the style of our later HISHE episodes. And since it’s Star Wars season, we thought now would be a fun time to give the old episode the George Lucas updates she deserves. Enjoy!
