Amongst the 19 names listed in the 41-count indictment associated with Donald Trump, Kanye West’s former publicist was also charged with attempting to overturn the 2020 presidential election in Fulton, Georgia.
According to new reports, 51-year-old Kutti went to a Georgia election worker’s home to persuade her into admitting baseless election fraud accusations or face arrest within 48 hours. Prosecutors claim that the woman introduced herself as a “crisis manager” who was sent by a ‘high profile individual’ to manage the situation.
The 62-year-old election worker went on to state that Kutti arrived unexpectedly at her door and introduced herself, but did not claim that she worked for Kanye West. However, Kutti did mention that she worked ‘for some of the biggest names in the industry.’
The incident happened on January 4th, 2021 just two days before the US riots at the capitol in Washington DC. Freeman claims that the police were called to the scene.
Freeman eventually agreed to speak only with the presence of authorities. Bodycam footage was obtained from the police station where the group was held after the 911 call. Upon investigating, many could hear Kutti offering to ‘move’ and ‘secure’ Freedman.
She stated, ‘We will probably have 48 hours in which to move you. I cannot say what specifically will take place.’I just know that it will disrupt your freedom, and the freedom of one or more of your family members.”
Kutti claimed that she was not the enemy in the situation, and Freeman eventually grew suspicious of Kutti and refused to go along with her plan. Kutti later described Freeman as ‘a loose end for a party that need tidying up’ during the conversation on January 4th.

Upon further investigation of the bodycam footage, Kutti also told the police officer who was recording the footage that she was attempting to make Freeman feel comfortable.
Kutti stated, ‘I want her to be comfortable, but I want her to advise her that there are federal people who are involved here, and I don’t know who is connected to who. And I really need for her to be as nonchalant as possible.’
Freeman was contacted by the FBI the following day who relocated her from her own house for her safety. Kutti has been indicted with two indictments including conspiracy to commit solicitation of false statements and writings as well as influencing witnesses.
