YouTuber Rosanna Pansino has addressed her friendship with non other than Colleen Ballinger as of late.

The longtime internet personality has been in the news as of late thanks to her lately calling out MrBeast for wrongfully editing her out of one of his videos.

Thanks to all of the recent press, the baking talent has been asked about her friendship with controversial personality Colleen Ballinger.

Back in 2020, Ballinger was accused of having inappropriate relations with fans that were underage. This year, fans also took to social media to address their interactions with the “Miranda Sings” actress.

Pansino issued a statement saying “The whole situation makes me feel sad and breaks my heart. I’m still processing my feelings. I do believe that the behavior was inappropriate, mean spirited, and I no longer communicate with her.

The YouTube talent also addressed when she found out about the issues fans mentioned as well.

” I found out when everyone else did. Perhaps even later. When the new broke, I was traveling out of state to finally pick up all the things my dad left after he passed away and to help my mom go through more of his belongings. It was emotionally exhausting.

She added, “I was not online much at all because I was focusing on my own healing with my family.”

In another part of the statement she posted online, Pansino mentioned she never personally witnessed any type of that behavior, and the memories with the Ballinger family were very wholesome and obviously does not support the behavior that was made public.

She added, “I like to hear both sides when possible. While it’s easy to jump onto the side of public opinion, I was hoping for some sort of apology or explanation at some point, which hasn’t happened.”

From there, Pansino hoped that people don’t pressure public figures to make statements when they themselves are still processing situations that go on.

Many fans are happy that the YouTuber responded to the situation overall and have commented positive support.

In regards to not communicating to Ballinger as of this day, many fans also have new questions to the situation where it stands today.
