Even though the Harlem Shake dance feels like its fizzling its way out of viral meme-dom since it emerged earlier this month on YouTube, some versions are still garnering a good deal of attention - especially when the Feds are called into action.
The Colorado College Wasabi Ultimate team broke down the Harlem Shake thousands of feet into the air while flying via Frontier Airlines to the President's Day Ultimate tournament in San Diego. The video prompted an FAA investigation after it was uploaded to YouTube.
According to the Huffington Post, Frontier Airlines spokeswoman Kate O'Malley told KMGH that "[a]ll safety measures were followed and the seat belt sign was off" while the video was being filmed. Still, the FAA is looking into it just in case.
