It's always inspiring to see teachers innovate, and make their students excited about school. Jared Paschall of Harvest Elementary in Harvest, Alabama found a way to get his students excited about exercise. Paschall combined the "whip and nae nae" with a series of cardiovascular exercises to encourage kids to get their hearts pumping while having fun!
While a lot of students dread having to go through P.E., it's great to see a teacher take something that they know kids think is cool - and mix it into their required curriculum to not only make Paschall's students willing to move, but excited to get their cardio in. The workout only lasts the length of the song, so anyone can take a few minutes out of their day to get their heart going!
