The position of “Director of Operations” was posted by the Boston agency, Mullen. Its requirements were simple: You must be willing to stand-up almost all the time while constantly exerting yourself. Be ready to work from 135 to unlimited hours per week, have degrees in medicine, finance AND culinary arts, never sleep and here is the kicker, get paid nothing.

It sounds crazy– and maybe it is. But 24 people responded to the ad and were interviewed via web-cam. Their reactions to the MOST important, not to mention the toughest job in the world, are priceless and touching.
