Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson met with Shira Lazar before his “Hercules” premiere to talk about the rumors that he’s playing Shazam in the DC Universe films!
“I’ve been working closely with DC Universe films, they’ve been amazing partners,” The Rock told us. “I get excited with the fans, they’re like my family so I want to share it. We’ve been taking our time smartly, you have to with this particular character. I’m very excited about it.”
He told us that he’s been thinking about playing this character for almost 8 or 9 years now. “I promise you we’re going to make something very cool and badass,” he told us.
