Tears were in every eye as Louis Tomlinson performed his new song, “Just Hold On” with Steve Aoki only days after his mother, Johana Deakin died tragically from Lukemia at the age of 43. Tomlinson returned to X-Factor — the show where his original band, One Direction, was first discovered — and performed his song to a beautiful reaction.
Simon Cowell, upon witnessing the performance, told Louis Tomlinson that his mother is watching down from Heaven and is proud of him, causing the star to tear up. It’s beautiful, and Louis’ bravery in the face of this unspeakable tragedy is unbelievable.
“Just Hold On” can be bought on iTunes now and is currently lighting up the charts.
