A group of engineering students at Georgia Tech are gaining attention over their latest invention – a super charged child’s tricycle featuring a chainsaw motor.

In a video posted to YouTube, the master builders behind the chainsaw trike detail how they adapted a children’s toy into a gas guzzling hot rod.

Considering the lack of breaks, breaking chains, and the fact that grown men where trying to fit onto a trike made for toddlers, there were quite a few kinks to work out.
In no time, the masterminds behind this chainsawtrike were riding all over campus! They even built a second chainsaw-powered toy: a Little Tikes Cozy Coupe, with a convertible top… so fancy.
I wonder what else these guys will find to stick a chainsaw motor too. The thought is equally intriguing and terrifying.
