Ahhh! What a treat! After premiering their new DuckTales series over the weekend, DisneyXD, purveyor of such fine adventure animated series such as Gravity Falls and others, have uploaded the entirety of their two part DuckTales premiere to YouTube! We have been excited about this, and the new pilot has not let us down! The show brings back our favorite characters with a few very key changes. We have Scrooge McDuck, the nephews, Donald Duck, Launchpad McQuack and Webby Webigale — although the nephews have personalities now, Donald Duck is a father figure and Scrooge McDuck seems a lot more adventurous and excitable than his old Disney Afternoon counterpart.
All in all — it’s a beautifully animated forty four minute treat — and you could do much much worse than sit back, relax, plug in your headphone and enjoy a little under an hour of pure duck adventures.
