Kim Zolciak is looking to have her divorce with Kroy Biermann dismissed again. The reality-star claims the couple is having more sexual chemistry than ever.
“Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum Kim Zolciak responded to retired NFL’s second request to dissolve their marriage. The star claims thay have had ‘martial sexual relations on multiple occasions‘ since Biermann filed.
In court documents obtained by Page Six, Biermann alleges that their marriage is “irretrievably broken.” Yet according to Kim Zolciak, the statement is “demonstrably false” as the two have “resumed cohabitation” for some time now.
The star is now pleading to the judge claiming that their marriage is “viable” and is hoping the court tosses out Biermann’s petition. TMZ was the first to report the news of the dismissal that the former Atlanta Falcons player filed for the divorce the second time on August 24th after the couple attempted to split but ultimately reconciled.
45-year-old Zolciak claims that she and Biermann have been “working on their marriage” according to reports, though his attorney has maintained that the former football player is moving forward with the divorce.
This all started when the retired linebacker filed the court documents claiming his estranged wife’s “abusive” behavior started to occur in front of their young children. As a result, 38-year-old Biermann requested a temporary legal guardianship to be put into place to investigate Zolciak.
The football player also claimed that his wife had been too “self absorbed” to notice how the two have become “financially destitute” with the massive amount of credit card lawsuits the two had. The husband also claims that Zolciak has “reckless spending habits and love for online gambling.”

Despite the large amount of debt, Biermann requested the judge to sign off on allowing the sale of their $3 million Georgia estate, which is facing foreclosure for the second time.
Earlier this month, Kim hinted that her and Kroy’s relationship was back on track following the drama. “I’m living here not going anywhere!” Kim wrote on Instagram over a video of her closet on Sept. 8. “Been working on our marriage and have been living as husband and wife. The lies daily are too much.”
Previous court documents claim “Time and time again, [Zolciak] has stated that she will not move and therefore will not cooperate in any attempt to sell the marital residence. Unfortunately, [Zolciak] is too self-absorbed to realize the impact her actions will continue to have upon the minor children.”
Biermann is requesting the sole custody of of their four minor children. There have been no comments to the press from the couple as of this time.
