Producers built the largest table the studio has ever seen, with seven chairs and a record 80 wings, about 10 per person, as the group works through sauces ranging from mild to the brutal Da Bomb.
The appearance comes fresh off the release of BTS’s new album ARIRANG, with the group also preparing for an upcoming world tour.
The episode was confirmed by Evans on social media, putting an end to days of fan speculation that kicked off after the show dropped a teaser showing an unusually large table setup. The clip, captioned “The countdown begins,” showed Evans walking toward the multi-chair setup with text that read, “Sean preparing for the biggest Hot Ones ever.”
