A New ‘Dysfunctional Kitchen’ Is Serving Up Dishes in ‘The Bear’ Season 3 Trailer

The kitchen is making a return in the new season 3 trailer of FX’s series The Bear

In the new trailer for the comedy-drama series, Jeremy Allen White’s character Carmy Berzatto and Ayo Edibiri’s on screen persona Sydney Adamu prepare for quite the service at the new restaurant, with Ebon Moss-Bachrach’s Richie Jerimovich working the floor as manager.

“We’re open,” Richie declares as “Mixed Emotions” by The Rolling Stones plays in the intro.

A series of mishaps inside and outside the kitchen lead Sydney to say, “This is a dysfunctional kitchen.”

Richie and Carmy fire back in unison, “Show me a functional one.”

According to an official synopsis from FX, season 3 will see the trio “do what it takes to elevate The Bear, their beef stand turned fine dining establishment, to the highest level, all while doing their best just to stay in business.”

“Their quest for culinary excellence will propel the crew to new levels and stress the bonds that hold the restaurant together,” the description continues. “Our chefs have learned that every second counts, but this season we’ll find out if they have what it takes to make it to tomorrow.”

In addition to White, Edebiri,, and Bachrach, Abby Elliott, Lionel Boyce, Liza Colón-Zayas, Edwin Lee Gibson and Matty Matheson are expected to return for the upcoming season.

The new series season will be dropping May 27 on Hulu.

The show’s off-season saw the cast and crew scooping up a variety of awards in the six nominations for the 75th Primetime Emmy Awards.

Cast members White, Bachrach, and Edibiri took home wins for their performances with the series taking home outstanding comedy series.

Season 3 of The Bear is set to premiere June 27 on FX and Hulu. The first two seasons are now streaming on Hulu.
