The monthly series premiered Thursday, Jan. 15, with an episode featuring Earle’s close friend and fellow creator Jake Shane. The show streams on YouTube and select video podcast platforms and is produced by Earle’s company, Hot Mess Media.

Designed as an evolution of Earle’s viral “Get Ready With Me” videos, the series centers on candid conversations filmed in a dressing-room-style studio in West Hollywood. Episodes feature Earle and her guests getting ready together while discussing pop culture, personal experiences, and creative projects in an intentionally casual setting.

The launch follows Earle’s departure from Unwell Network, founded by Alex Cooper, which previously distributed her “Hot Mess” podcast. The network later returned full rights to the show, allowing Earle to independently pursue new media ventures.

With Get Real With Me, Earle joins a growing list of digital creators shifting toward owned, long-form formats as they look to deepen audience engagement beyond short-form social platforms.
