It looks like Avril Lavigne and Tyga have decided to give it another shot at romance.
According to Us Weekly, the magazine says that the two are giving it another go.
Tyga and Avril are back together,” a source tells Us. “They split, started talking again and decided to give things another shot. They aren’t jumping back in fast, they’re keeping things casual for now.”
The two were first spotted together having dinner in February of 2023. At the time, the “It’s Complicated” musician was engaged to Mod Sun. Later that month, What’s Trending confirmed that Lavigne called off her engagement after the two had been “estranged for months” according to one source.
Another source gushed over the pair’s “organic transition” from friendship to romance, the two split but remained on good terms. One third insider revealed in June that the two still had “mutual respect for one another” and thought they were better suited as friends.
The two now arrived at a 4th of July party at Nobu in Malibu. The two walked into the bash side by side.
Lavigne has previously been married twice before this. She was first married to Deryck Whibly back in July of 2006 and split three years later. Shortly after, the Canadian singer moved on with Nickelback frontman Chad Kroeger and wed in 2013. Their relationship lasted until 2015.

Tyga previously dated Blac Chyna, whom he shares 10-year-old son King Cario with. After the 2014 breakup, he moved on with Kylie Jenner – half sister of Chyna’s ex Rob Kardashian. The two dated on and off for three years prior to their 2017 split.
