Bridgerton Fans Over the Moon for the First Look at Season 2
If you are a fan of Bridgerton and have not seen the first look at the season 2 clip, what are you waiting for? Bridgerton as most know is a historical timepiece drama about prominent families in Regency-era London in the 1800s, where the Bridgerton family is the center of it all. Where the mysterious yet notorious gossip writer, Lady Whistledown, tells the tales of the city. The series is based on the novels by author Julia Quinn when young girls of each family finally come to age are presented to court in hopes of finding a presentable suitor for not only them but for their families.

The first season was about the Bridegrton’s family eldest sister, Daphne Bridgerton a.k.a the Duchess of Hastings, as she discovers who she is and what she wants in love not just marriage. You see the whirlwind and turmoil of her relationship with Duke as she gets pregnant, you see Anthony make tough decisions as the head of his family not only for his love life but his family’s as well, Eloise questioning the society she is around how the role of ‘ women’ is defined, and we see Colin conflicted with his love of adventure with his duty of finding a wife. Season one left fans wanting more and left them with many questions.
How does this Season 2 Clip set the stage for Season 2?
The season 2 sneak peek clip, shows Anthony Bridgerton played by Jonathan Bailey respectfully getting put into his pretentious place by new character Miss Kate Sharma.
The smile he gave her when he recognised a woman who he secretly wished he'd want to meet again meant he already fell in love with her but he just hadn't realised it yet…

Kate Sharma made sure to let Anthony Bridgerton know what she thinks of him and that she quite frankly does not care what he thinks of her. Making sure to let him know that maybe before he goes off judging people then he should take a step off his high horse and realize the kind of person he is before it’s too late.
