Chris Appleton is filing for divorce from Lukas Gage just six months after the two got married.
Kim Kardashian’s hairstylist filed for divorce from the “White Lotus” breakout star on Monday according to recent court documents obtained by What’s Trending.
The date of separation was listed as Friday, November 10th. The two do not share any children.
Appleton cited “irreconcilable differences” when it came to the cause of the split and requested to terminate the court’s ability to award support to both him and Gage.
The divorce filing notes that the couple signed a post-nuptial agreement on May 3rd, 2023 and that the division of assets will be handled according to the binding document.
The documents also state that the actor and Appleton have “no community assets.”
A source close to Appleton, 40, and Gage, 28, told TMZ, which was the first to break the news, that the decision to call it quits was not “an easy one” for the famed hairstylist to make.

The insider said Appleton did his best to make the marriage work but needed to make the best decision for himself moving forward.
Page Six broke the news that the now former couple tied the knot back in April of 2023 in front of just a few guests including Kim Kardashian.
The two had gotten engaged just a few weeks before saying “I do.”
The “Euphoria” actor and Appleton had a romance that became public knowledge back in February when they posted photos from their vacation at the St. Regis Punta Mita Resort.
Appleton confirmed their romance just weeks later.
“I’m very happy,” he said on “The Drew Barrymore Show” in March when asked if he was seeing anyone. “Very much in love, and I feel very grateful to be able to share my time with someone very special.”

He added, “Love is a really special thing, and I think meeting someone that you really connect with is really really special.”
“You” star Gage previously said on NBC’s “Today” show, “I feel very happy, very lucky and very much in love.”
A source previously told Us Weekly of their fast engagement: “Friends think they are a great couple. Even though they moved very quickly, everyone around them is very excited about their relationship.”
There is no word yet from Lukas Gage or Appleton on what the irreconcilable differences are but many online are keeping a lookout for any statements that come from the now former couple.
Fans are also looking to see if there will be any statement from Kim Kardashian.
