Announced in 2021, Harry Styles will be returning to the big screen in Olivia Wilde’s new psychological thriller “Don’t Worry Darling.” The thriller, set in the 1950s, features Florence Pugh playing Styles’ housewife, and although we have not been able to see an official trailer, fans were excited to see a new teaser to the movie, which Wilde teased by posting an intimate still of Pugh and Styles together in bed. Fans are aware that the film will include intimate scenes, as a teaser posted in September showed the two passionately kissing, and even Styles himself warned fans, but this snippet excited anticipating fans as they hoped this meant they might soon see a full trailer.

The film, which will be released this September, has garnered a lot of hype after it was announced who would be in it. Pugh, who recently became popular after starring in Ari Aster’s horror film Midsommar and reunited Little Women fans when she played the character of Amy, which got her nominated for an Oscar, is playing a happy housewife. Styles, who broke out as an actor in Dunkirk will play the mysterious husband, and although fans have not gathered the entirety of the plot yet, many cannot wait to see it in theaters. The trailer was also shown at CinemaCon, which had some viewers discussing the film, which also created buzz on Twitter.

Fans were also excited to see how Wilde directs the thriller, as she was successful with her comedy Booksmart but this film is obviously quite different than that. While Styles and Pugh have proven that their acting is capable for the thriller, some wonder how Wilde will showcase it. Wilde also commented on Pugh’s acting in the movie, saying it is something you have to see to believe.
