This marks a groundbreaking collaboration for the brand, showcasing its commitment to digital innovation and expanding its healthier menu options.

In her new role, Lamasbella will spearhead the campaign for El Pollo Loco’s Double Chopped Salads, a menu item designed to appeal to health-conscious consumers while maintaining the chain’s signature flavors. The partnership highlights El Pollo Loco’s efforts to leverage social media and influencer marketing to enhance brand engagement and reach a broader audience.

Introducing the Kreator Chopped Salad

As part of the campaign, El Pollo Loco is unveiling a special menu item exclusive to the Loco Rewards App: the Kreator Chopped Salad. This new offering features a blend of crisp lettuce and super greens, paired with citrus-marinated, fire-grilled chicken breast and Baja shrimp. The salad is topped with hand-sliced avocados, queso fresco, crunchy tortilla strips, pepitas, and freshly prepared salsa fresca, all drizzled with a cilantro dressing and chipotle sauce. The combo also includes chips, salsa, and a regular drink.

In addition to the Kreator Chopped Salad, El Pollo Loco is continuing to offer several other variations of its Double Chopped Salads:

  • Classic Double Chicken Chopped Salad: A hearty mix of crisp lettuce and super greens topped with a double portion of fire-grilled chicken breast, hand-sliced avocados, queso fresco, pepitas, and freshly prepared salsa fresca, served with creamy cilantro dressing.
  • Classic Double Baja Shrimp Chopped Salad: This version features a double portion of Baja shrimp, hand-sliced avocados, queso fresco, pepitas, and salsa fresca, complemented by the chain’s creamy cilantro dressing.
  • Street Corn Double Chicken Chopped Salad: A flavorful option with a double portion of fire-grilled chicken, roasted corn, red peppers, avocados, queso fresco, cilantro, chili lime seasoning, and salsa fresca, all served with creamy cilantro dressing.
