After quite a few months since Aaron Carter’s death, the official autopsy is released. However, new updates have come out including who was with Carter at the time that is making many question this situation.

According to multiple reports, Carter’s death is due to drowning and use of generic prescription Xanax. In addition the star was found to be huffing compressed gasses often coined as “dusting.” Carter was found dead in the bathtub of his home on November 5th back in 2022 with outlets like TMZ obtaining the full autopsy report.

In addition, the report claims that Aaron Carter slipped under the water and accidentally drowned. However, some of the musician’s loved ones do not believe this.

Behind The Aaron Carter Family Claims

Melanie Martin, Carter’s ex-fiancé and mother of his son Prince, told TMZ that the findings were “not closure.”

When questioning the police report, Martin said “It claims death is by drowning but also adds he was wearing a T-shirt and necklace in the bathtub which doesn’t make sense, why would he be in a bathtub with clothes on? I am still in shock and still miss Aaron every day. I don’t understand the chain of events and this report only has us asking more questions.”

Back in March of 2023, Carter’s mother Jane Schneck also shared these very graphic images on Facebook.

The bathtub appeared to have a strange color to the water with Jane Schneck stating, “Still trying to get a real investigation for the death of my son Aaron Carter. I want to share these death scene photos with you all because the coroner wrote it off as an accidental drug overdose. They never investigated it as a possible crime scene because of his addiction past.” Schneck also went on to add “They never investigated it as a possible crime scene because of his addiction past. “Aaron had a lot of death threats and many many people who were making his life miserable.”

Speaking to TMZ, Melanie Martin stated “He was wearing a T-shirt and necklace in the bathtub, which doesn’t make sense. Why would he be in a bathtub with clothes on? I don’t understand the chain of events.”

Aaron Carter opened up back in 2019 about the huffing addiction telling the public how he would go about getting the materials.

Carter admitted he would go to Staples and other stores buying the supplies with cah so it wouldn’t be reported. Carter went to rehab multiple times and was working to get sober for his son. Back in September of 2022, the star aso sought treatment to stop smoking weed as he lost custody of his son, Prince.

Friends admitted that Carter definitely needed help, with some claiming that the singer was afraid people would be after him.

Claims From Former Publicist

Due to the past drug usage, many including the police ruled this out of any foul play. No suspects were named, but Carter’s former publicist is joining the family claiming that this doesn’t feel right.

In a conversation with Page Six, the former publicist claims that there were in fact two other people in the home with the singer that have yet to be identified.

It was reported that one other person in Aaron’s home happened to be the housekeeper who placed the frantic 911 call. She was reported to be a homeless woman whom the “House of Carter’ alum took in just weeks before his death. But no word on the other two individuals.

The publicist stated “We have no idea who the two unidentified men were that were seen just prior to the death walking out of Aaron’s home. The neighbor was a witness. That was the police investigation’s job.”
