A new Charli XCX album is under way, and fans believe the singer has brought on a collaboration with Addison Rae.
While promoting the lead single ‘Von Dutch,’ the “Baby” singer took to Instagram to share a wide variety of clips from promo shoots to even driving while blasting a snippet of the track.
Yet, fans took particular note of a TikTok that had the two in what appeared to be in a bathroom jamming out to the hyperpop single. Charli tagged Addison Rae in the short social clip that fans into theories.
With no sign of an album name or release date as of yet, Charli’s fans are analyzing every post the “Speed Drive” singer makes to social media in search of clues.

Charli fans are well aware of the history the two share together. Back in 2023, Rae dropped her highly-anticipated single ‘2 Die 4’ which featured Charli XCX.
The two became fast friends apparently. Charli told Vogue last year that she indeed admires Addison for her as an artist and a person.

“She was like no one I’d ever met really. Not jaded. Not faking. Not uncomfortable. Not trying to be anything than herself,” Charli said at the time.
The ‘Crash’ singer added, “If I ever get married, I would definitely ask Addison Rae to be my wedding DJ.”
As of late, Charli got officially engaged to George Daniel of the 1975.
Fans have been buzzing at the idea of a DJ collab, while others are focused on the new tracks.

Charli’s latest single she released, ‘In the City’ featured a collaboration with Sam Smith. The track had a mixed response from fans, while her recent album Crash was met with overwhelming success.
