Gigi Hadid is staying cool, calm, and collected when it comes to the latest rumors.
A source tells Us Weekly that she is okay with her ex-man dating the Wizards of Waverly Place star.
“Gigi has no problem whatsoever with Zayn dating,” the insider explains to Us. “As long as he is happy and stable and continues to be a good coparent to [their daughter] Khai, she’s fine with whoever he goes out with.”
Rumors started to swirl online when the former One Direction member was spotted making out with Gomez on March 25, 2023. One eyewitness told Entertainment Tonight, “Selena and Zayn went out in SoHo in New York City last night at around 10:30 pm. They walked in holding hands and were kissing. Most restaurant staff and restaurantgoers didn’t notice them. It seemed like they were comfortable together and it was clear that it was a date.”
One user claims she was Zayn and Selena’s hostess at the restaurant. “Tell me how Selena Gomez and Zayn just walked into [restaurant] hand in hand making out and I seated them,” the friend wrote. The date also came weeks after Selena followed Zayn on Instagram. (At the time of the dinner, Selena was also one of 18 accounts Zayn followed.)

Back in 2016, Selena denied rumors of dating Zayn in her interview with InStyle Uk. “If he had asked me out on a date, I would be seen with him. Just kidding, but not kidding,” she said. Yet, the star did admit she would kiss Zayn in 2010 on a red carpet. The “Fetish” singer claimed of all of the boys, he would be the one to smooch.

Throughout the breakup of Hadid and Malik, the two have coparented their daughter. Hadid told The Sunday Times that they always keep Khai’s “happiness at the forefront” of their minds. “You have a long life alongside this person,” Hadid said. “That she can be with both parents makes me very happy.”
Zayn and Selena have not made any public comment as of this time.
