Jaclyn Hill has released a beauty line, but fans are complaining about grittiness and hair-like substances in the products.

Jaclyn Hill is a beauty blogger who just released her own line of lipsticks.
But unfortunately, the launch was riddled with customer complaints about the quality of the product.
Toni said – “Jaclyn released a range of clearly contaminated, and potentially old/expired, lipsticks to the fans she claims to love SoOoOO MUcH, and then boldfaced lied after waiting AN ENTIRE WEEK to discuss them. Any smoke she’s getting she earned, and then some. PERIOD.”
And Raw Beauty Kristi said – “All I can say is WTF”
Jaclyn responded:
“If any of you are receiving lipsticks like this…. please know that this is NOT hair! My factory used brand new white gloves to do quality control & they shed all over my product!
We switched to rubber gloves 2 days ago & will make sure this never happens again.”
After about a week of silence, Jaclyn finally uploaded a video addressing the concerns.
And while a lot of her fans aren’t having it, some are coming to her defense.
LaLa Beauty said – “Thank you @Jaclynhill for your explanation video. I work in a laboratory and am a scientist- all explanations you unfortunately had to provide make complete sense. Let’s be kind and move on. I am looking forward to her lipstick restock! #bekind #weareallhumans”
