Actor Jamie Foxx was hospitalized earlier this month with an undisclosed condition. His daughter Corrine Fox took a temporary leave from popular music show “Beat Shazam” to assist her father in recovery. Kelly Osbourne has been filling her shoes during this time. Sources close to the actor spoke to People to confirm that the actor is slowly but surely recovering, but that the family is preparing for the worst just in case.
In addition to the recovery update, the source alleged that doctors are “doing more tests and want to be completely sure that he will be okay before allowing” Foxx to be discharged. The actor was working on the Atlanta based set of Netflix’s “Back In Action” opposite actress Cameron Diaz when the medical emergency occurred. Diaz recently made a return to acting after a nearly decade long hiatus. Several of the current projects Foxx is involved in have pushed to continue filming other scenes without the actor amid the medical emergency. Amid the news of Foxx’s surprising hospitalization, fans of the Oscar winning-actor are sharing well wishes on social media.
