Foxx also shared that her father even felt well enough to play a game of pickleball yesterday.

The release comes shortly after a source told People that the family was “preparing for the worst.” Corrine Fox was quick to correct the internet in their assumptions, confirming that Foxx was actually discharged several weeks ago. She appeared to criticize public assumptions made about her father’s health. Many fans of the actor offered support to Foxx’s claims, urging pop culture fans to not eagerly buy into rumors without doing their research.

The actor was hospitalized amid shooting Netflix’s “Back In Action” opposite Cameron Diaz. He is yet to comment on his illness or on when he plans to return to filming on “Back In Action.” Several of the other projects the actor is involved continued filming during his hospitalization.
