Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis have settled their custody battle case.

According to court documents obtained by Daily Mail on Monday, the exes are set to share joint custody of their two children Otis, 9, and Daisy, starting next month.

48-year-old Jason has been ordered to pay a child-support lump sum of $27,500 per month to Wilde. The record shows it is $10,300 monthly for Otis and $17,200 respectively for Daisy.

According to the papers, Sudeikis will have to cover 35% of the Don’t Worry Darling director’s childcare costs on top of the monthly payment.

Sudeikis’ estimated income was $10.5 million, while Wilde, 39, made about $500,000, according to the court documents.

The former couple first began dating back in 2011 after meeting at a Saturday Night Live finale party and got engaged just shortly after. They welcomed son Otis back in 2014 to the world and their daughter Daisy in October 2016 before splitting back in 2020.

After news of their split broke in November 2020, a source told PEOPLE that the pair’s children were their main concern. “It’s been amicable and they’ve transitioned into a great co-parenting routine. The children are the priority and the heart of the family’s relationship,” the insider said.

Sudeikis made headlines when Wilde was served legal documents regarding their children while she was onstage at CinemaCon in Las Vegas.

That August, a source told PEOPLE that despite their contentious custody battle, Wilde “wants to focus on what’s best for the kids.”

“She and Jason don’t speak to each other, so they have help communicating about the custody schedule,” the insider added.

In March, court documents also showed that the couple was nowhere near finalizing their custody battle.

A filing by Wilde’s legal team in April claimed that Sudeikis was “not paying child support” to cover costs outside of school tuition. This was disputed by a source close to the actor.

“Olivia and Jason shared costs equally and fairly throughout their relationship including everything related to the children,” the insider told PEOPLE. “Jason took it upon himself to initiate the proceedings in the first place to ensure that the kids would be properly cared for by both parents based on the court deciding what is fair financially going forward.”

In a conversation with Entertainment Tonight earlier in March, Sudeikis shared that he hopes his kids grow up to pursue careers that are fun-filled.
“May any of us get the opportunity to find a job where you have so much fun doing it, and if that’s the example that myself and Olivia provide for them, then I’m happy about that,” he said in part.
