Kai Cenat has officially launched Streamer University. The announcement came via a Harry Potter-inspired trailer posted to his social media, where Cenat appeared in academic robes and welcomed viewers with, “Here, you will find a school where chaos is encouraged and content is king.”

Cenat’s Vision: Free, Inclusive, and Creator-Focused

The program is designed as a weekend-long experience for content creators to live, work, and collaborate on a real college campus. Open to anyone with an interest in digital storytelling—not just streamers—the event is free of charge and covers housing and meals. Cenat emphasized the inclusive nature of the program, saying, “You don’t have to be a streamer, just a general creator is needed.”

Interest was immediate. The official application site reportedly received over a million submissions shortly after the announcement, which temporarily crashed the site. For its first session, the university will select around 150 participants.

MrBeast Wants In

Streamer University is also welcoming more experienced creators to serve as mentors. Cenat mentioned the possibility of bringing in big names like MrBeast and Mark Rober to lead workshops. MrBeast quickly responded to the announcement on X, replying, “Can I teach them how to YouTube,” signaling his support and interest in participating.

The goal is to create a hands-on, collaborative space where creators can grow and experiment. From workshops to late-night content shoots, Streamer University is being framed as both an educational and creative experience with Cenat’s community-driven approach at the center.
