Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky Allegedly Have No Prenup In Place

Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky have no immediate plans to go down the road of divorce, but some outlets reported the couple does not have a prenup.

According to TMZ, the couple has been going through a separation as of late instead of what they refer to as a divorce.

Looking at the reports, some claim there is a lot of money on the table if the divorce becomes a reality. Sources with direct knowledge to the situation claim that neither person has lawyered up as of this time.

Sources also told TMZ that Kyle and Mauricio are not directly talking about ending their marriage as of this time.

The division of assets is something to consider assuming they move toward divorce in the future.

Kyle has netted a large amount of income form “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” franchise and earned millions of dollars. On the other hand, Mauricio has a net worth of $100M with nearly $5 billion in real estate sales.

When initially together, Kyle was not working in real estae and was instead working in fashion. At the time of their marriage, Kyle’s brother in law Rick Hilton was who Mauricio was working for before opening The Agency in 2011.

The pair’s decision to split has taken its toll on the couple as of late.

Kyle recently broke down in tears while attending BravoCon discussing where her marriage stood with her former flame.

Mauricio has also attracted attention for his time on DWTS and some claiming that he has been getting ‘cozy’ with his partner Emma Slater.

As of late, the two have kept things civil. If the two decide to go through with a divorce, many expect to see a lot of back and forth dividing assets. There has been no comment on the prenup as of yet.
