Niece Of One Of Taylor Swift’s Truckers Confirms Generous Bonus Payments

The niece of one of Taylor Swift‘s “The Eras Tour” truckers shared a TikTok video about her uncle’s first-person account of the singer’s generous bonuses. A TikTok user named Kate Mess shared that her uncle had the truckers assemble a line of applause for Swift as she departed Santa Clara, California for her final U.S. tour stop destination.

The TikTok creator shared that Swift’s father, Scott Swift, handed out the bonus checks to the truckers, telling them all that Taylor Swift was extremely touched by their hard work on the tour. Scott Swift has long been known to segway through stadiums handing out guitar pics throughout Swift’s tours.

The truckers were also presented with handwritten thank you letters. Outside of the truckers, the singer is rumored to have additionally paid large bonuses to her band, dancers, set designers, stage technicians, caterers, and more.

Swiftmania Heads To LA

Swift and the 50 truckers have arrived in Los Angeles, California for the final leg of U.S. shows on the ambitious tour. Swift’s intricate sets and three-hour set list have received acclaim for the show’s attention to detail and endurance.  On August 9, the final night of the tour’s U.S. leg, fans suspect a big announcement from the singer.

Swift has been known to use numerology to her advantage when making big music announcements, and some feel that 8/9 will serve as the announcement date for “1989 (Taylor’s Version)”.

Swift has not commented on the “1989” rumors, but fans suspect big news is on the way, as she changed all of her social media profiles back to the “Midnights” album cover. The images previously depicted the recently released “Speak Now (Taylor’s Version)” cover.

The singer has three albums left to re-record, “1989”, “Reputation”, and “Taylor Swift.” The singer began the arduous process of re-recording all of her original masters created pre-2019 when music tycoon Scooter Braun purchased them without her consent. Thus far, Swift has re-released “Red,” “Fearless,”and “Speak Now.” The latter was announced live at the singer’s Nashville stop on “The Eras Tour.”

In honor of “Speak Now (Taylor’s Version)”, the singer even brought out an iconic artifact from the album’s original 2010 release–the blue koi fish guitar she played on the “Speak Now” tour. The surprise live announcement has fans hoping that Swift will leave the U.S. leg of the tour with a bang.

Swift is yet to comment on the “1989” theories, or the generous bonus payments given to her touring team. Regardless of what transpires on August 9, fans will still be screaming long live to Swift and her band’s reign on the music industry.
