Paris shared photos while holding Phoenix online, and while there was much love on the photos, not all were positive. A large amount of trolls flowed in the comment section claiming that his head size was too big.

Many took to TikTok to defend Paris and point out how rude some of the comments have been on the photos.

Paris even responded to one of the comments saying “ ????????There are some sick people in this world.☹️My angel is perfectly healthy.”

She went on to say, “And yes, of course he has been to a doctor, he just has a large brain.”

Paris announced the birth of her son back earlier this year with husband Carter Reum. The star has been sharing a lot of photos online since the birth with many following along with the motherhood.

In the trailer for season 2 of Paris In Love, the multi-hyphenate mom, 42, gets candid about her decision to keep her entrance into mom life quiet until she was prepared to share.

“Literally no one knows. My own family doesn’t know,” she says, as scenes play out of her enjoying the holiday season with her loved ones. Another scene shows Hilton in the car with husband Carter Reum, explaining, “If anyone found out, it would be paparazzi all over Cedars.”

Footage shows Hilton anxiously moving around a hospital room, making adjustments and pacing as she awaited her baby boy’s arrival.

“I’ve given my whole life to everyone for so long. It’s just been really important to me to keep this a secret,” she explains as the hospital footage plays.

“This is the first time that something’s just mine,” she says as the camera cuts to an emotional Hilton looking into the camera from her closet floor, saying, “I’m going to be a mom.”

Later, the new mom could be seen enjoying moments with son Phoenix Barron, telling the camera, “He’s
so beautiful, so perfect. My life is finally complete. I’m so obsessed.” Toward the end of the trailer, Hilton sits with a therapist and talks about how her past presents difficulties in her new journey as a parent. “People who are trauma victims have a very hard time bonding with their children,” the therapist tells the DJ mom.
