Russian Troll Elon Musk With “How About This Elon Musk?” Meme

URL copied to clipboard.

Russia has been in the news as of late — much of it for the actions of their government. However, have we looked at the actions of its citizenry? Particularly… their meme making skills. Sure, we in America have the dab, and fidget spinners’ moment in the sun was lovely, and our Spongebob reserves are beyond compare. But the people of Russia cannot be denied– they created the frankly quite incredible “Как тебе такое, Илон Маск?”, which translates to “How about this, Elon Musk?” meme. The phrase is usually accompanied by an image of some kind of jury rigged invention made out of spare garbage.

Like, look at this guy! He used a toilet as a little table (seemingly responding to an Elon Musk truther Tweet, but still)!

Or this dude who protected his car from the snow with a cardboard protector? How about that Elon Musk? Heck, that invention is probably helping more people than Space X is right now! That guy can get to work! Does a Tesla have a snow protector!? Where is the working man’s Tesla, I ask you!

Yes, the working man’s Tesla, yes… Not all of these are at all good though. For example, courtesy of Memepedia, here’s a damn toilet working as a basketball hoop. How about this, Elon Musk!? Does your precious mini sub have a toilet hoop!? That’s what I thought. Damn, Elon Musk, being beaten at your own toilet game. Terrible.

Also, here’s a lightbulb attached to a pipe with a lock. I don’t make the rules here, remember that, I only enforce them. You don’t like the photo, book a plane to Russia, get your passport in hand, and complain right to the meme maker’s face, okay?

Or how about this light up toilet?

Surely a damn pothole will catch Elon Musk’s attention?

Or this coffee sink, maybe! Elon! Baby! Come on!

So what do you think Elon Musk? Elon Musk. I know life has been hectic these days. Buddy. What do you think of these inventions? I beg you. Let us know. Please. We’re driving over to tell you.

We’ll dress up our best!

Elon, baby! Please!

Well, he might not answer. But what do you think of the meme? It’s so dumb and simple, like a reverse Rube Goldberg. Anyway, let us know what you think in the comments or on Twitter at @WhatsTrending.
