Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello are not back together despite many seeing the couple’s PDA at Coachella.
A source told Page Six,“Shawn and Camila remain friends with a lot of love and history between them, but they aren’t dating again,” the insider shares.
“They’ve stayed in touch since their breakup and decided to meet up at Coachella since they were both going.”
The source also went on to say “one thing led to another as the night progressed,” and that this was a “one off.”
Representatives for Mendes and Cabello did not immediately respond to any requests for comment regarding the PDA. The couple called it quits nearly a year ago and were quite a hot commodity.
“We started our relationship as best friends and will continue to be best friends,” they said in a joint statement in November 2021, adding that their “love for one another as humans is stronger than ever.”
Mendes and Cabello had been dating since July 2019 and quarantined together during COVID-19.

Sources say that Mendes is still single despite claims that he has been linked to chiropractor Jocelyne Miranda and actress-singer Sabrina Carpenter.
Since the split, Camila Cabello briefly dated entrepreneur Austin Kevitch. However, Cabello and Kevitch split earlier this year when the co-founder of Lox Club announced he was “single again” in a newsletter.
