Steven Bartlett is heading into the Tank. The “Diary of a CEO” host and “Dragons’ Den” star has been named among the guest Sharks for the upcoming 18th season of ABC’s “Shark Tank,” the network announced.
The move marks a significant step in the British entrepreneur’s growing U.S. footprint.
Bartlett, 33, has appeared on “Dragons’ Den,” the U.K. counterpart to “Shark Tank,” since 2022. He has spent an increasing share of his time in the United States building his new venture, Steven.com, which serves as the parent company for his existing creator businesses, including Flight Story. He shared the news on his social media channels alongside a video of a phone call with his mother, describing an appearance on the show as a longtime dream for them both.

According to ABC, the lineup also includes Jimmy Donaldson, known as MrBeast, and Beast Industries CEO Jeffrey Housenbold; writer, producer and actor Mindy Kaling; former NFL defensive lineman J.J. Watt; and Favorite Daughter co-founders Erin Foster and Sara Foster.
The network also confirmed a shake-up among its regulars. Kendra Scott and Rashaun Williams have been elevated to permanent Sharks, joining mainstays Barbara Corcoran, Robert Herjavec, Lori Greiner, Daymond John, Daniel Lubetzky and Kevin O’Leary.

“Shark Tank” features self-made investors who weigh pitches from entrepreneurs seeking funding. The multi-Emmy Award-winning series is based on the Japanese “Dragons’ Den” format created by Nippon TV and is produced by MGM Television, a division of Amazon MGM Studios, in association with Sony Pictures Television.
Season 18 of “Shark Tank” will air Wednesdays this fall on ABC and stream the next day on Hulu.
A premiere date will be announced later. Previous seasons are available to stream on Hulu and Disney+.
