This viral TikTok has almost 5 million views and it features this TikTok user @luttlebundhasmatter utilizing her full 3 minutes to tell a wild story about when she was in college.
She explains that in college, prior to receiving her loans, she was really broke. In addition to that, she had this friend who claimed to be even broker than her. The TikToker explained how she would often spot her friend with whatever cash she had or buy her food.
Sounds like a good friend right? However, there’s a twist! This TikToker explained that when her and her friend went out to dinner to celebrate the end of the semester her friend picked a very fancy restaurant.
She panicked thinking about the bill, but then come to find out her friend who she had been financially helping all semester was actually rich! She picked up the tab and turns out she just allegedly liked pretending to be poor.
The TikToker captioned the crazy video saying “I imagine being so privileged that you think being poor is cute.”
