Tristan Thompson is finally apologizing to Kylie Jenner for ruining her friendship with Jordyn Woods after he cheated on Khloé Kardashian in 2019.
“I wanted to talk to you. I think it’s been long overdue,” the NBA player — who shares daughter True, 5, and son Tatum, 1, with Kardashian — told Jenner in Thursday’s episode of “The Kardashians.”
“It really bothers me because we’ve always had such a dope relationship, and I feel like everyone got affected differently, you know? But I think you were affected the most by a situation with, ya know, losing a sister basically,” he continued.
Thompson, 32, admitted that Woods, 26, was a ‘big part’ of Kylie Jenner’s life and he understood how much she had meant to the Kylie Cosmetics founder.
“The fact that I came with my poor decision and being a f–king idiot and just being young and stupid, I wanted to say I’m sorry again for that,” Thompson, who was 27 at the time of the scandal, added.
Jenner thanked Thompson for admitted his mistakes and even stated that the end of their friendship was not the worst thing that has happened to her.
“I think I was so dependent with Jordyn that I could have never imagined my life without her,” she reflected. “We probably would have still been living together, and I think she needed to grow without me, I needed to grow without her. But, you know, Jordyn and I are cool now.”

Kylie admitted that she and Jordyn Woods still “talk” and “catch up” at times before Thompson asked to let know Jordyn know he apologized as well.
“She went through a lot, too, and probably gave her a lot of flak, so I’m the reason why that relationship went a different direction,” he confessed.
“I think you have such a good heart and good energy and, like, to know you is to love you — your spirit and everything. So it is confusing,” she said. “‘Cause some of the s–t you do is really f–king crazy.”
Thompson admitted he was “selfish” and did not have an understanding of “good people.”
He even admitted to himself, “Gotta grow up.”
In one of the confessional videos, the player explained that he wanted to hold himself accountable and reiterated his hope of Jenner reiterating his message to Jordyn Woods.

“I wanna gain back the respect of my family,” he said. “So that’s what I’m just trying to do one day at a time.”
Jenner forgave the basketball player, but she admitted that it has been hard to look past all of the hurting Thompson has caused Kardashian, 39, over the years with his incidents.
In the past, Thompson also fathered another child with Maralee Nichols while planning to have another baby with the Good American co-founder.
“I just want the best for Khloé,” Jenner added. “She’s the most magical person on the planet, as I’m sure you know, and she just deserves the absolute best.”
Meanwhile, Kardashian shared in Thursday’s episode that she has forgiven Woods, too, and continues to amicably co-parent with Thompson despite his past infidelities.
