Vanderpump Rules star star Scheana Shay was spotted leaving a Los Angeles courthouse on Wednesday March 29th following Raquel Leviss’ requesting to drop her current restraining order against the co-star.

Shay appeared with her legal time while holding a black umbrella waving to paparazzi as she left the court.

“We just love waking up super early, driving in the rain to, you know, go to court,” Shay sarcastically shared in a selfie Instagram Story video on her way to court.

Leviss, on the other hand, did not show up as she previously mentioned that she would be pursuing a permanent restraining order and let this temporary one she was granted earlier this month expire.

“When Rachel realized that she would lose in court and that she couldn’t just drop it, she decided to not show up at all,” Shay’s lawyer, Neama Rahmani, told Page Six.

Leviss’ rep claimed that Shay and the legal team were “notified” during the reunion, which was taped last Thursday, that Leviss would be seeking to drop her request. However, Rahmani claimed that his client was served a letter that had “no legal meaning” and the court case would still proceed.

“The court was notified by Raquel’s counsel that we were not attending and are not moving forward and we had filed the paperwork requested by the court clerk, which has been stamped and received,” Leviss’ rep claimed to Page Six.

The two go into this heated conversation as formerly reported by What’s Trending, where Shay allegedly punched Leviss after finding out about the “full on affair” with Tom Sandoval.

Shay’s rep has denied that there was any hit between the two.

“Scheana didn’t punch Rachel. Rachel didn’t get a black eye,” Rahmani said. “Scheana pushed Rachel but only after Rachel grabbed her wrist, and Rachel did not suffer a concussion.”

The temporary restraining order saw the highly anticipated season 10 reunion to be filmed separately. There has been no word from other cast members as of this time now that the temporary restraining order has been dropped.
