Anthony Ricco, one of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ attorneys, filed a motion to withdraw from his federal case ahead of Combs’ May trial.
In the motion, Ricco did not provide specific reasons but stated he could no longer effectively represent Combs, citing “sufficient reasons” protected by attorney-client privilege.
Ricco assured the court that his withdrawal would not delay the trial or jury selection and informed the government, which took no position on the motion.
