Why Fans Think Taylor Swift Is Going To Appear On ‘Hot Ones’

“Hot Ones”, a popular web series hosted by Sean Evans, invites celebrity guests to participate in a challenge to consume the spiciest hot wings while answering interview questions. Now, a cryptic Instagram post has some fans thinking Taylor Swift will soon be a guest.

The post featured a photo that read “Challenge Accepted” paired with a caption that read “Are you ready for it?” The track is famously the synth pop anthem that opens Swift’s “Reputation” album, which many feel will be the next the singer will re-record.

The singer has endured a busy year, from an energy packed North American run of “The Eras Tour” to the Los Angeles premiere of its accompanying concert film. Additionally, Swift’s most recent re-recorded album, “1989 (Taylor’s Version)” will be released on Oct. 27. After the singer wore a black dress to this year’s MTV VMAs, many took it as a sign that the black-and-white aesthetic for “Reputation” would be making a come back.

Previously, Swift has confirmed that she likes to hide musical easter eggs on her clothing choices.

Many suspect that the “Hot Ones” appearance will take place after the release of “1989 (Taylor’s Version)”, and that Swift will announce the “Reputation” re-recording at her guest appearance on the show.

Swift is yet to confirm or deny if she will be appearing on “Hot Ones” at this time. The singer was most recently spotted making a guest appearance on “Saturday Night Live” to announce friend Ice Spice‘s performance. Her rumored boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs Tight End Travis Kelce, also made a brief cameo on the show.

Host Sean Evans is also yet to speak on the Swift rumors, and the show most recently featured Doja Cat. Swift’s international dates for “The Eras Tour” begin next month in South America.
