After outing herself as the president of a cannabis club, KTVA 11 News reporter Charlo Greene quit live on air during a segment on the marijuana debate in Alaska.

“Now everything you’ve heard is why I, the actual owner of the Alaska Cannabis Club, will be dedicating all of my energy toward fighting for freedom and fairness, which begins with legalising marijuana here in Alaska,” Greene said to the camera. “And as for this job, well, not that I have a choice, but fuck it, I quit.”

She then walked off camera and let news anchor Alexis Fernandez take it away and apologized on her (ex) coworker’s behalf. KTVA News Director Burt Rudman also apologized in a statement on Facebook and Twitter.
