This video, of man who’s been trying to get his little tortoise to take its first steps for who-knows-how-long gets a little too excited when it finally starts happening. The man just starts shouting “HE’S DOIN’ IT” and sprints to the next room where he excitedly asks his friend if she’s witnessing the miracle that is happening.
