Saying Teg Sethi is unhappy with the Jeep Grand Cherokee he bought from Fiat Chrysler Australia is, perhaps, a huge understatement. In fact, Teg (or "Teggy") became so frustrated with the vehicle's constant breakdowns and what he says has been horrible customer service from the company that he decided to make a music video expressing just how much he hates his car.
For awhile, it was novel that customers raising a stink on Twitter could get a company's attention when private email and phone interaction could not, but in a time when just about everyone's become privy to that "trick," could viral videos be the next big way to get what you need from big corporations that are ignoring you?
Teggy's video ends with a foreboding "To be continued..." so hopefully we'll find out what comes next in this saga soon. Though possibly not too soon, since he's apparently been dealing with his car issues since 2013. Desperate times call for desperate measures, eh, Teg?
